Front Office Assistant (f/m/d) (part-time 25h)
- Telephone switchboard, business trip bookings, handling insurance issues with our insurance partner
- Fleet management (pool cars) plus administration of Auto Logg (digital logbook)
- Guest reception and catering
- Orders (office supplies, work clothes, etc.)
- Mailbox administration, mail acceptance and processing DHL, parcels, letters, etc.
- Incoming invoices, outgoing invoices and other administrative tasks (filing and administration)
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in the assistance sector
- Experience with business trip accounting and pool car support and ideally experience with insurance issues
- Very good knowledge of German and English
