Head of Customer Service (f/m/d)

Ultimate Europe based in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde (Lower Austria), is part of a very succesful international group of companies additional locations in Romania, Poland, Turkey, the USA, China and Australia. We are engaged in the development, sale and service of gangways, automatic door systems and interior fittings for rail vehicles. We are looking for a new employee for our location in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde to strengthen and expand our international market activities. 
Your tasks:
  • technical and disciplinary management of the service team as well as mentoring it
  • further development of evaluations to increase customer satisfaction
  • support of sales in the preparation of offers for refurbishment projects and handling them
  • optimization of workflows through digitization (CRM,...)
  • know-how establishment and development of subordinate employees
  • support and cooperation with the other departments
Your skills:
  • completed technical education
  • experience in the electrical or metal industry
  • very good knowledge of German and English
  • at least 10 years of professional experience, at least 2 years management & leadership experience
  • high problem-solving skills and customer orientation
  • willlingness to travel
